At first, they speak very nicely. They tell you the price is clear and the service will be good. But when you sit down, everything changes. They add extra money for things you didn’t ask for. It’s a scam. They try to take as much money as they can. I felt tricked and very disappointed. They don’t care what you want. They don’t care if you are happy or not. Their attitude is very bad. I left with painful, bleeding cuticles, and my hands hurt for almost two weeks. They didn’t say sorry. They didn’t try to help or fix the problem. They just let me leave, upset. They only care about money, not people. I don’t understand how they got a license. If you don’t want to lose your money and feel terrible — don’t go there. And one more thing: if you work with people, you must know how to treat people with respect. Be kind. Be human. That’s your job.
